Vetrimaaran's Next Hero Is Surya

Suriya could well be Vetrimaaran’s next hero! The national award winning director is on the verge of directing a film for Cloud Nine Movies and it is said that Suriya could do the lead role.

Interestingly, Vetrimaaran had directed two films so far; Polladhavan and Aadukalam, and Dhanush played the lead roles in both these films. The director had said that is next film will not have Dhanush as it would turn out to be stereotypical.

Following this, Vetrimaaran was looking for a suitable star and it is now reported that he wants Suriya for the role. There is no official confirmation on this either from Suriya or from Vetrimaaran yet.
