Ajith & Kamal Joined For Thalaivan Irukinran Movie. If it comes about, it could be a casting coup which might shake up the whole Tamil film industry. It is rumoured strongly in Kollywood circles that actors Kamal Haasan and Ajith Kumar might be roped in to play lead roles in producer Ravichandran’s next film to be produced under his banner Ascar Films.

Readers might recall that ‘Ulaganayagan’ Kamal Haasan and Ravichandran developed ‘some serious misunderstanding’ during and after the making of the former’s magnum opus Dasavatharam which was directed by K.S. Ravikumar. The film, which had Kamal essaying an unprecedented 10 different avatars, was widely appreciated by the critics besides getting huge patronage from movie-goers and Kamal’s fans.

Kamal Haasan could know the release date of Dasavatharam only through newspapers as matters had come to such a passé between him and Ravichandran. The two have, however, buried their past misunderstandings and indifference towards each other and have come forward to join hands together to make their next joint venture.

Ajith, who too didn’t have a perfect understanding with Ravichandran, had starred in some films produced by the producer. Nobody knows exactly as to how the truce was brought about between Ravichandran and Kamal Haasan/Ajith but it’s a fact that they are on smiling terms at present.

Ajith has reportedly agreed to play a significant role in the next film to be produced by Ravichandran which has Kamal Haasan as the hero! Details would be released later, it is reported further.
