Why Katrina Kaif Miss Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyaan?
Despite her sincere efforts to pull out 7-day call-sheet from her jam-packed schedule Katrina could not make it for the Rajini film, sources close to the actress say.
“Ms. Kaif’s dates had already been given for the entire first half of this year when Soundarya approached us. We sincerely tried our best to accommodate the Rajini film in between her busy schedule as Katrina is a great admirer of south legendary actors and south films but we could do nothing in accepting ‘Kochadaiyaan’. She is currently doing Salman Khan’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and a film with Shah Rukh Khan is her next. She has also committed ‘Doom 3’ with Aamir Khan. In between she has commercials and other endorsements,” says the Manager of the actress.
Deepika Padukone, who was onboard in shelved ‘Rana’, is now been confirmed the leading lady for Rajinikanth in ‘Kochadaiyaan’.
