Dhanush cried uncontrollably on the set of 3. Well, it was for a scene that his wife Aishwarya was directing and the star cried his heart out without using glycerin. Dhanush said that when Aiswarya narrated the scene to him, he felt that it should come out well and using glycerin would spoil the effect.

When he enacted the scene, he got so involved in it that he failed to realize that he was weeping uncontrollably. The star said that character that he plays in 3 will be the best so far in his career and movie buffs will also come to the same conclusion when the film is released.
